Bar Vista is one of my favorite spots for great drinks and food. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. They have a huge list of bourbons, tequilas, and local brews! I highly recommend the pimento cheese appetizer and the steak sandwich. The burger is also amazing. I have had everything on their menu, and never had a bad dish. The spirits, food, and view make Bar Vista a spectacular spot to unwind.

Amazing views of downtown Huntsville. The drinks were amazing and they had plenty of screens to watch whatever we wanted. The service was absolutely fantastic and every person we dealt with went above and beyond to make our night amazing!

#RickyHSV The best view of the city! Beautiful building, decor, and over all ambiance. And NOW the food is finally here! Well worth the wait! Huntsville’s Chef Rene Boyzo has brought his signature fusion touch to BarVista. His commitment to the highest quality ingredients is visible through out the menu. You have items like Halibut Crudo. A unique way to bring ceviche, sashimi, and the highly Sought after Halibut together. Also he creates sauces like Jicama-Habanero Escabeche and pairs it with pork and duck rillettes. He has even reimagined his famous Tuna Tacos and now you get the tuna itself as the vessel for deliciousness. Super fun to eat and if you haven’t had them don’t leave with out ordering some of these. The dish that I was most impressed with was his A5 Japanese Wagyu tartare. He took literally the best beef in the world. Gave it the respect it deserves. tossed it in a black garlic soy reduction and laid it on a bed of fresh Brussel sprout leaflets. Topped it with some fine sliced onions and red jalapeño vinaigrette. And it comes to the table atop a Pink Himalayan Salt Block with two wonton crisps. Oh you want to know about the Bar in BarVista. Here you will find High end Bourbons Highend Tequilas as well as craft Mezcals. The owner recommend that I try the Spicy Margarita But with a mezcal instead. Having found a liking for Bozal mescal that’s what I chose. Smooth. Smokey. And spice tones that compliment the margarita with out overpowering any of the other components. We had 3 of their other cocktails. tho I feel we all have our preferences when it comes to spirits. So I’ll leave that to y’all. 10/10 would recommend. I look forward to seeing what else this Team comes up with.

Awesome tequila selection. They had everything to make my Old Fashioned and Manhattan. They did mention that they will get some weather curtains soon. That'll make it even better.
