Couldn’t rate the food because I didn’t get the food or the service.. Went in on 4/20/24 @10:08am. I was in line for about 4mins and I had one person in line getting service by an employee. The 2nd employee came out from the back area and took my simple order 2bagels with spread. I moved along to the left of the counter. A young couple comes in and by this time I waited for some more time. And I see the couples order was getting done and they walk around behind to finish up. I asked is my order ready. The employee said sorry it’s not it was a miss up. I just walked out. I did get a call back from a gentleman after I filled out online feedback on headquarters website. He called and I told him what happened. He’s respond by. I will call the location. And sorry this happened to you. that response from the main office was absolutely off to. I will just go to the dublin,Oh location from now on

I recently placed a large order for 75 people. They were able to have everything ready and organized for pick up. Julie was instrumental to bringing it all together. Great job.

The Bagel dog was frozen, from a commercial package and microwaved. The matzah ball soup was plain and cold. Disappointing for a ‘real’ bagel place.

Tasty bagels! Fast service !

Placed an order via Uber Eats delivery. I've never ordered from this restaurant before. The food was beyond excellent. The portions were more than I expected. I will definitely be ordering again.

Best place to get a bacon egg and cheese. What can I say? Oh, you can get peppers, tomatoes and onions baked into the egg. That’s pretty cool.

Fast service good food

Woman who made my bagel did not smile once the entire time she made my order. The other workers stood behind and stared at us without a smile as well. Very passive aggressive and weird environment. Super sad because I’ve gone here for years and love it.
