Carne asada burrito had no carne asada only beans

I’ve been to a few of the BQ here in the valley but tonight went to the Glendale location and it was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! My husbands taco meat was so dry with zero flavor. He ended up eating one of the kids bean burrito. I ordered shrimp tacos, even worse choice 1. It was so dry, it felt like it had been sitting out all day and as i was TRYING to chew and get it down i couldn’t get past the bad taste of the shrimp being spoiled. I had to spit it into my napkin. Though i tried not to do that. I looked around and could then understand why the restaurant was so empty, and being it was so empty I had no choice, but to spit it out. Not sure what happened to this place but the food is absolutely terrible. This is the result of poor management. I could understand, maybe one dish not being so great but of the four different types of tacos, we ordered, only one of them was edible. The Bill was still the bill. They did did take the tacos off the bill (nothing more). I asked for the manager to come out because I wanted him to see what we were talking about, and he would not come out. He sent the waiter. Back to our table just to ask us if we wanted to order anything else which we did not Just not used to that bad of an experience. We left the restaurant so disappointed and still hungry. Would’ve rather went next-door to Freddys fast food

Food could have been more flavorful. Salas wasn't very spicy.

Food was pretty good. Felt like the beans and rice could have better flavor they just tastes simple. Customer service was great. Our server had quite a few tables but made the best to make sure we had a good experience. I think I just expected more for the prices. Just my opinion. These are some of the food we ordered.

Placed an online order and it did not disappoint!! Some of the best food we've eaten. The Barrio chicken was amazing. The chips and salsa had a great taste.

From start to finish, meal was flavorful and came out efficient. No complaints and I normally speak my mind when it's tasteless.
