Overall, good experience. They did not have the book I went in to get, but I found an exclusive edition I didn't even know existed... so, YAY! I both like and dislike the new layout of the store. Before, it felt more open and inviting. Now, with enormous displays blocking your view of the rest of the store, it feels distracting and a little pushy. However, they have so many more books than they used to, so it's an acceptable change! Plus, they have new sections with special editions and signed copies - and that, I LOVE! I also love that they've added a loyalty program you don't have to pay for. It's fantastic! I signed up.
