Korean BBQ, naja.
Great place for a Korean BBQ! Been here couple of times, always been a good experience. Make a reservation in advance to get an extra offer to spin the wheel at the entrance. Must try the rice wine as well!
atmosphere was great. I 100% recommend the sizzling stone bowl bibimbap, tasted amazing. I loved our server Anthony, so sweet.
the menu here is larger than the one on 35th street. the food was better too. the kimchi fried rice was quite good, the fried quinoa bits added a nice crunch. i do wish it came with more cheese. the tteok + cheese did not feature any gochujang sauce to my surprise, but was still good. the army stew was okay again. overall food better than the one by ktown, however the service was horrible. we were sat behind a large divide wall and the waiters never came to check on us. any time we needed something (to order, water, the check, etc) we had to get up and find them or else we were waiting 20+ minutes.
Bibimbap was fantastic. Bread pudding I wasn't sure at first but another winner!. Single person add a bottle of soju $76 with tip. Not too shabby for the area
Everything was so good there and the staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome.
Overall, not a good experience. There are many other Korean BBQ places at the same price level that offer way more.
Delicious lunch special, comes with an assortment of side dishes
