Waited over 20 minutes for my food and when it came the portion was laughably small for a $14 plate. I thought the long wait and small portion would be made up by the quality of food. Man was I wrong. The chicken was cold and tasteless. The Mac and Cheese was reheated Stouffers. The green beans were straight from a can with a bit of seasoning. This is a sad excuse for BBQ.

Looking for good Q on a Friday night we decided. To give them a try a try. Now I admit I am a bit of a b b q snob. So keep that in mind There are three things that I look for when I try a new ( to me) pit master’s que. Ribs, brisket and sides. I got three meats and two sides to give it a try. The smoked sausage was really pretty good The ribs were fall off the bone good. I got them wet,, and the sauce was really good. The sides were really good too. I got the okra and the Brunswick stew and fried okra The stew was excellent. As was the okra. Now we get to the issue The Brisket. Brisket is one of my favorite things to eat. Delicious, tender, and a little fatty. This was none of those things! It was shoe leather. The smoke ring was non existent, all signs of had been trimmed from it. Overall, the food was just ok. If you want AMAZING bbq take a trip to Canton and give 441 South a try. They are doing amazing things. Give their pimento cheese grits a chance. JV

Order through DoorDash. Had the brisket salad and it was pretty good! Wish I had a little more meat rather than that was seemed like the gristle of the brisket not the “meat” but still enjoyed the salad. Also liked the little cornbread pancake. Would come back to try something else.

Enjoyed the family rib meal deal and fried pickles. Definitely getting it again.

Not bad at all. Might put this into the rotation. Love the free pickles. Sauces were good. Tea was great. I think the only thing that needed work was the Mac n Cheese. Was hoping for something more home made-ish.

Went to get sushi next door and no one greeted us. Came here instead, great customer service from the sweet blonde girl who took our order and delivered our food. Stuffed brisket potato was awesome. Cream corn and potato salad are killer. Wings are big and meaty, will be back Sweet tea was perfect
