Baramee Thai Restaurant

This restaurant was a nice surprise for me.I came with no expectations and was with another couple. It was really good. We shared the mandarin duck, both seafood and chicken pai thai and beef with green beans. All were great and we will be back.

In the neighborhood which is little Italy in San Pedro and found this wonderful little Thai restaurant. Food was fresh and excellent . Service was great.

My wife and I were staying overnight at a local hotel. We enjoy Thai food and this restaurant was a short walk away. Our server Katt was informative and kind. My wife had a soup with chicken, tofu and vegetables; I had Panaag curry. Both were delicious. We are grateful to have found such a great restaurant. Next time we’re in town, we’ll definitely return. Thanks for a great meal!

Love this place! Service was excellent, the staff was very nice and attentive! We tried these dishes: Soft Shell Crab Salad Crazy Filet Mignon Khao Soi Noodles Mandarin Duck Pad Cha Pla Crab Noodles Everything was flavorful! I recommend the dishes we got especially the soft shell crab salad, mandarin duck, khao soi & crab noodles!! The ambiance was very nice! Inside and outdoor seating available to enjoy! Clarifying that the one star is for the chicken pho, would give 0 stars if possible. We've been to Baramee several times over the years and were usually happy with the quality of their thai food. There are no Vietnamese restaurants in Pedro unfortunately so we decided to try the pho from Baramee, big mistake. The broth looked and tasted like dirty dishwater and the chicken was dry and rubbery. The condiments couldn't even help. It was so bad we had to pull out the chicken bouillon and chinese 5 spice to make it edible. For 17$ its incredibly disappointing. I understand Baramee is a Thai restaurant so maybe they should take the Vietnamese dishes off the menu or learn how to make them.
