Bar Louie - One Bellevue Place

Arlen was the sweetest server. She made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be visiting again because of her service.

We have dined at the Bar Louie in Bellevue on our three recent trips to Nashville. I have enjoyed their veggie Flatbreads They replaced my favorite one with a new version which was similar and also sounded good. Unfortunately, the cook was not familiar with the new version, as two of the toppings were missing. I didn't realize it until I had eaten some. When I brought it to the attention of our server, she offered to bring some on the side. As it did with the original order, it took a long time for the missing toppings to arrive. By this time, I was disgusted and asked to speak to a manager. She offered to make another one. I didn't feel like waiting a long time for another one. My husband had been finished eating for a considerable amount of time. She did finally offer to take it off the bill and took the remainder of the food away. (Company policy.) Also, we ordered water and a club soda. Both tasted awful. The club soda was the same awful tap water with fizz added. Needless to say, we will not be making a fourth visit.

Amanda took care our crew 4 nights in a row!! She was flawless in service.

Amanda is the 100% best. We come here a lot bec she is a good friend we made. Full of energy and earns her pay. I used to not come here a lot bec of service used to be bad. After a few years not being here. It has changed improved

Great service and great food! Ask for Amanda. She’s extremely attentive and went above and beyond to correct a mistake that was made in the kitchen. We will back for sure!

I tried ordering an expreso martini here and I like it with baileys because I don’t drink mine dark. This place tried to charge me $8 extra dollars for a “shot of baileys” on my drink. Keep in mind the expresso martinis are already like $15 dollars. Then they made my drink and it was literally half empty. Like why am I missing so much drink??? Why is the bartender not pouring the right amount. Btw Amanda the bartender is not very nice, I’ve had her serve me twice and just the way she delivers things always is so hostil and her energy is just off. I was expecting it to be at least filled to the top but she couldn’t even do that for me. I won’t stop coming because I love Chris cause he’s awesome. But next time she’s working I’m definitely leaving
