Bar Louie

Had to repeat simple menu orders multiple times. Food still came out wrong. It was like a cartoon.

Enjoyed a great meal at Bar Louie. The food was delicious, and the waiters and waitresses were exceptionally friendly and courteous, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. The manager deserves a special shout-out for their outstanding energy and welcoming vibe. 10/10 highly recommended!

Sat at the table for 10 min while everyone else around me got served. Server looked me right in the eyes when I left, didn't apologize or anything. Terrible.

Had a spectacular meal here today during my layover. Portions were mighty and worth the price. The service was even better than the food. Ms Tran was the waitress *and* bartender and she was absolutely moving. Service was 10/10 she made every drink without slowing down and took orders in between. Absolutely amazing experience.

Great place to stop by for a drink /bite while waiting Custumer sevice was great , Tran the sever took care of me , made sure I am satisfied which I really appreciates . Will definitely come back .

Food was decent. Service was pretty sad though: not enough staff. The waiter, Cameron, never checked in. He would hang out in the kitchen on his cell phone. When he did come out, he moved like a snail. I ordered a wine that never came. I gave up on that, but had to track someone down to pay. I was tempted to just walk out when I couldn’t get Cameron’s attention while I was standing at the register trying to give him my card to pay. I was right in front of his face and he acted like I was invisible. I think he was on his phone. The bartender, Tran, was paying attention and she rang me up. She was pulling 90% of the weight. Not only was she making drinks for a full bar, but she was waiting tables and taking payments while Cameron hid in the kitchen. My second star is for Tran. Cameron is useless.

Stopped here before a flight. It was packed!!! Snuck into a table and Terrence and the team somehow managed to make us feel like we were the only people there. Super attentive service from Terrence and the whole team! If you’re in Terminal D this is the place to be. Thanks Bar Louie and Terrence!!!
