Bar Collins

Andreas was our server tonight and he made our dinner experience so enjoyable! He has wonderful table side manner and a warm persona. We ordered several items and each one was better than the last - tuna tataki, dragon roll, raw oysters, empanada de carne and fennel sausage and olive pizza. I know the last item sounds odd, but it was truly incredible. I’ve never had better oysters and the tataki was exquisite. I wasn’t expecting such a spectacular experience from this impromptu dinner spot, but I would strongly recommend everyone try this place for a fun and relaxed atmosphere with incredible music.

Bar Collins (lobby bar) at the Loew's Miami Beach (@loewsmiami) is hugely underrated. We stumbled in here on a Monday night after dinner when most other bars in the area were closed. It ended up being a great find. The bartenders are very gifted in craft cocktail-making, the truffle fries are a tasty post-dinner snack, and there are TVs playing MNF! Had a great night thanks to Tommy and Marcelo. Their hospitality and food recommendations were on point, top shelf experience all around.

I live locally and pop into Bar Collins occasionally. Tommy always remembers me and very hospitable. Michael made an excellent Chocolate martini and I tried the wings for the 1st time ever. OMG. So amazing. My friend visiting Miami for the 1st time ever, loved the wings and tartare. Great place for vibes, service, sports, food and drinks. Thank you Tommy and Michael.

Comfortable, yet sophisticated decor and friendly, attentive service. I had two meals at the restaurant, both extremely fresh and flavorful. Cocktails perfectly made. Highly recommend!

Great service from our server who provided exceptional client satisfaction, her attention to detail, and a charismatic personality gave me and my date a pleasant stay experience. The food was good. I just wanted a realistic size portion and images of the plates to make a visual selection. The pizza was tasty, and so was the short, ribeye. The atmosphere was pleasant and great views of the hotel and tropical vegetation. The style had a very modern and cozy look great for any special dated or dinners
