Bar Cicchetti

We came early and started with drinks at the bar. They were delicious and priced appropriately. The bar staff needs fine dining training to improve the experience. For example, when one spills the drinks, which thankfully were filled to the brim, all over the stem and base, they should rinse them so patrons do not get sticky fingers. Also, refresh the napkin with each new beverage. The wings were equally pleasing. Served hot and well seasoned. Very flavorful without being all spice. Excellent. Then we moved to our table. We had a reservation for 645 and everyone else coming to the show at the theater also showed up. Our server appeared to be the only one in the entire restaurant. I felt bad for her and she kept apologizing. The kitchen was slammed and we waited 45 minutes for our meals. Our meals were served without silverware. I watched her run food to other tables while my chicken got cold. My potatoes were luke warm at best, but cruspy and well seasoned. My chicken was tough and dry. Over cooked, or perhaps sitting in the window too long. The marsala sauce was delicious though and the broccolini perfectly tender crisp. I wish they had enough help to do their best.

Bar/restaurant inside the Westin Hotel. Limited menu. Didn't have much in the wine selection (some listed on menu were out). Waiter super nice! Very convenient to walk across hotel lobby to the Southern Theatre!

We dined here about a year ago when they just opened it. They were still working out some kinks with service then but overall it was OK. Last week we made a reservation to come again. Upon arrival, we waited at the entrance for 20 min. They had no host/hostess and the servers who walked by ignored us. Eventually several diners were waiting and there was chaos about who came first. We were eventually seated by an overworked server. Apparently they are understaffed there. It’s possible they had someone call in sick that night and this was only a one time thing but it gave me the feel that this is a common occurrence. The server did the best he could so I appreciate him. But to not have someone up front is inexcusable. I ordered the chicken thigh Marsala. It came out as chicken breast instead and it was the driest piece of chicken I’ve ever had. It was inedible. We ordered some cocktails and they were off quite a bit. Like the ingredients were not measured and just thrown in a hurry. Anyways Bar Cicchetti has unfortunately gone downhill fast. It was the first time in a long time that I considered leaving a restaurant because of the management of the place.

The food was amazing; I had squid ink pasta. The atmosphere is a bit awkward; the restaurant is in a hotel and extremely quiet.

We made a reservation, The staff did not acknowledge us for a while, and my husband had to chase one of the waiters down to tell him we were waiting to get a seat. Service is super slow. The quality of the menu varies greatly. Amazing focaccia and strozzapreti, but very dry chicken and unsavory bolognese. Overall it is definitely not worth the price! The waiter was gracious and nice, this review speaks mostly to the overall management of the restaurant.

Great staff! Erin is really smart and im hoping to bring a crowd in workinv with her and Anton with art or live soft suble dinner music and Partybus for weddings. She was so professional and fun! great combo for that newly bought restaurant! thank you , the girl made made my martini earlier that day was amazing too , wow i need these people in my life! go getters!

5-star service from Jelisa! We stopped in for dinner before seeing Moulin Rouge & loved everything we ordered! (Try the strawberry dessert!!)

The bar service was very slow. We received our dinner before our cocktails. When the food arrived, it was marginally warm. We had 25 min before our show started so we ordered another drink. It came right before we had to leave for the show.

Was so disappointed. We went there for drinks and our bartender was Justin. I did not really care for my drink and asked him what was it in and told him I thought something was missing. He basically said well that is how the drink is made and walked away. The drink was $20! Most bartenders would ask to make their customer something else. Also witnessed him water down drinks. Don't waste your money here!!
