Bar Chinois

I came with friends for drag brunch and had an amazing time! We tried a few of the dumplings, the crab rangoon, some fried rice dishes that came with eggs and shrimp respectively, and matcha creme brulee. Everything was flavorful and hot. The queens' performance was SO fun and they did a great job involving the audience. The real star of the show, however, was the servers! The waiters here are such pros. They navigated effortlessly around the limited space, with queens dancing in the aisles, to deliver bottomless mimosa refills faster than you can say "please." I would come back for drag brunch in a heartbeat, and I'll be trying Bar Chinois for dinner sometime!

Got the most foul food poisoning from this place. And the service was terrible

Great place to have brunch in DC! The atmosphere was very welcoming and upbeat. Food was served to a very high standard and delicious too. Service was friendly and professional. Highly recommend

Amazing location for private events. Staff was very professional and provided great service. We enjoyed the ability to have a customized menu with themed drink names and a great array of food options including passed appetizers and buffet style serving. Our guests loved the atmosphere and vibe of the venue. Thank you Bar Chinois for helping us have a successful event!

It’s a cute place but the drinks and dim sum are very average.

Excellent bartenders and super friendly and charismatic! We sat at the bar for “one drink” but got swatted with the $20.00 bottomless brunch drinks The dumplings were amazing and baos were tasty Fun chic vibe I would def recommend for group dining with friends or date “ night”
