Absolutely delicious dim sum and friendly, helpful staff.
Delicious food, good prices, great time!
Everything about this restaurant is incredible. Before you even walk in the door, you can watch them making the dumplings, which is so cute. When you order, they come almost immediately back with drinks, even if it's tea. I cannot recommend the xiao long bao enough. They're so tasty, and so soothing after a windy day in San Francisco. Although it is a little pricey because portions are small, it's worth the splurge.
Absolutely love this place. Have come here frequently and have never been disappointed. The menu has a ton of options and all are top notch.
This place hasn't bee too busy the last few times I've been here randomly at lunch time. You order by writing these down on a paper. Their stuff is good so just grab a handful of Xiao long baos, other dimsum variety snacks, and other dishes you see that look appealing. Obviously not gonna be as affordable as actual dimsum restaurants but hey just try. Outdoor seating should be available (so your dog can eat here!)
This place is to die for. You have to go here if you come to San Francisco or just live here. Everything is made on sight. All the little delicately made bao and dumplings can be seen prepared by chefs when you walk up to the restaurants window on Valencia St in SFs Mission District corridor. The host is super friendly and funny. My order was to go but the place was well lit and clean. The portions are enough for 2. My new favorite Bao restaurant. I would have taken a picture but I ate it all before I could get my phone out. So good!
Okay it’s a Chinese restaurant but they won’t let us share the pot of tea like why? First of all, how am I supposed to drink all that tea by myself? Secondly, it’s just so out of character for Chinese culture to not be able to share a pot of tea. And it’s not even the good authentic tea. Out of principles I did not even drink the tea after they rejected our request for more cups. The food was okay I had better.
