Banh Mi Oven

It's good, and people are friendly, but orders are super slow/late. Expect online orders to be 10-15 minutes after expected pickup time. I would go so far as to say order from another spot if timeliness is important. Edit: hire some help!!!

Too slow!

Really slow service, coconut milk too sweet. I waited 25 mins for two sandwiches. Air conditioning is not working.

This is the PERFECT banh mi. The cold cut meats are perfectly sliced-not too thick, and not thin. The bread is thin, and crispy on the outside, with a thin layer of soft dough inside, enough to absorb all the flavors of the meat and sprinkle of soy sauce. Their meat portions are very generous. Everything was perfectly balanced with a schmear of mayo and pate. The umami of the sweet and salty pickled veggies tops everything off perfectly and the jalapeño add a nice kick. It is truly a PERFECT BANH MI. Parking: Right off the 680 freeway. Very convenient to swing in for take out.

Took over 30 min to get a sandwich. Only one person working. 6 people came and left without ordering because service would not even take their order.

Food was great but had to wait a while. The worker also took my receipt right after I paid so I forgot my order number and would have to keep walking up to check. It was awkward but I got my food.

Ordered here couple times already, they have the best vegetarian pork roll and options for a small or medium size. Ingredients are always fresh and delicious. They had just opened so there is never waiting line. The ordering panels on the front of the store are very convenient to customize the sandwiches exactly the way you want it without making people confused or holding up the line. They have great promotion of buying 5 sandwiches and getting one free, either small or medium size, love it!
