Genuine and authentic Vietnamese food from Huề (city in central Vietnam)! A hidden gem! I highly recommend trying the Bún Bò Huề (pronounced as “boon baw hway”) and the Bánh Ít Ram (pronounced as “ben eet ram” which are the steam mochi dumpling with fried sticky rice crackers) ❤️‍

First time experience. The waitress was awesome and explained what was what. Over all I love it.

My new favorite for oxtail pho, and bun bo hue. It's a great hole-in-the-wall attached to Viet Hua supermarket.

Authentic Bun Bo Hue (Hue City Beef Noodles). Quick quality food, the only downside is that it's in front of the supermarket off to the side. Seating is limited and is part of their Vietnamese food-to-go/catering gig (which is also very good). You can tell it's excellent food because all the Vietnamese people order from here.
