Awesome menu selection and vibes! They have art (by local artists) adorning the walls which is super cool to see ❤️ will definitely be back!

Banh mi were delicious, the bread was PERFECT. Crunchy, but not hard and soft on the inside. I had the lemongrass pork and my partner had the Vietnamese cold cut banh mi and the #1 thing we loved were the pickled veggies… so we bought an extra side of it to take home! Next time we’ll have to try some cakes cause they looked phenomenal (not many places offering Pandan!)

I can see why this place has rave reviews. Yum! We were psyched for the pork banh mi, yet we got a chicken banh mi to compare. The pork was great, and the chicken was better! I'm chowing on a apple tart as I type this. So good!

Delicious, fresh, high quality food.

Stopped by and got one plain and one cinnamon croissant. Each was light flaky and delicious. Exceptional. If you are buying croissant from a grocery store. I suggest you stop and try these.

March: did we mention the chef is a Food Network finalist? Every bit deserving!! Colorado's altitude typically does not allow bread to have its full glory here but this cafe did not let that stop them. Both the cinnamon cruffin and chocolate croissant had just the right flakiness. We took a variety of small desserts home, each with the perfect balance of sweetness. "Ube", the purple sweet potato, is much lighter than I expected! The lemongrass grilled pork banh mi was absolutely perfect (Our favorite banh mi stop closed last year and we've been testing others: this cafe nailed it hands down.) Unfortunately, we came after noon and some of the items were were hoping to try were already gone, so come early! (I actually like this, knowing everything is quite fresh.) June update: these strawberry cruffins are KILLER!!!! Extremely innocent looking, and decadent to the devil. You cannot park directly out front; there is a full parking lot out back.

Such amazing pastries! Cream puffs the size of a dinner plate, chocolate tarts, real whipped cream! The prices are reasonable for these delicious treats! I’m spreading the word! Parking: Located behind the stores.
