Bandeja Paisa Latin Restaurant

The food was good, I had the bandeja paisa and a passion fruit juice. I was enjoying my juice until I got to the end of it… there was a piece of literal trash in my juice that came from the kitchen. When I called the server she looked at me as if I was lying… I think she assumed that I placed the trash in my cup? I was truly disgusted, especially because I didn’t see it until I finished the drink. That made the sick to my stomach… it was a candy wrap…. We nicely asked the server for our bill, we paid (and we tipped very nicely regardless of the look I got from the server) and left. We will not be coming back… I just hope that they are more careful with their kitchen staff and their prep team. Also, please try not to look at customers as if they are lying when a mistake happens, take accountability. Not once did we ask for a free meal, we discreetly brought it up to our server's attention and nothing else.

¡Me encantó! Pedimos una bandeja que NO está en el menú, Pídela como la bandeja picada y ellos sabrán cuál es. Dice que es para dos personas pero de verdad que da para más. Cuesta si mal no recuerdo $45.99 y tiene chicharrones, pollo que sabía espectacular, pedazos de steak, morcillas, salchichas, yuca, bolas de papas, arepas, papas fritas, morcillas y tostones. Lo acompañan varias salsas. El servicio súper bueno, rapido, el ambiente súper nice con música todo el tiempo. Nosotras preferimos sentarnos afuera porque estaba fresco. Tienen suficiente parking disponible y baño para clientes. El menú muy variado.

Estoy tan desconcertada, había venido un par de veces y la comida había estado bien, el servicio nunca ha sido el mejor pero no había dejado de venir por eso. Hoy Vengo de pedirme un sancocho de res, la sopa no estaba muy caliente y no me gustó el sabor, le pedí a la mesera que si me lo podía cambiar porque no me gustó, con su cara de que no puede hacer nada me dijo “ ese es el sancocho que manejamos “ hablo con su manager y me dijo que no podían hacer nada que si quería me lo llevara le dije que no porque no me gustó y que me trajera la cuenta. Pague 22$ y me fui sin comer. Hablé con la manager y no me dio ninguna solución, no soy de escribir reviews y mucho menos negativos pero me vi en la obligación porque yo también trabajo en restaurante y cuando al cliente no le gusta algo se le cambia inmediatamente!

Excelente atención, gran sabor muy similar al de la tierrita, muy recomendable
