I ordered the ribs, brisket, and sausage combo platter. The ribs were phenomenal! Nice smoky flavor, great coloring, and the fell off the bone! The sausage was okay. I'm fairly disappointed with the brisket as it was pretty dry. I may just be spoiled with great brisket in the past, as this wasn't too special. It's good if you want bbq and need a quick fix.
