Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen - PDX Concourse C & E

I wasn't aware they are also in the C concourse food court. The "E" concourse location is somewhat beautiful and they have nice wooden panels on the side wall facing the shared seating area to help with the SE Asian feeling. My partner had phô and shared some small fries bites with me. Other than missing out on real plates and dishes, an overall decent experience. Local brand that still has at least one off airport location so prices are very fair (PDX still does not allow markups). Wheelchair accessibility: Modern airport location with low counter for ordering or sitting.

I don’t normally eat Vietnamese but this place was better than expected. I had the garlic glazed pork loin with noodles with a spring roll, tasty. There was more meat than I expected which was a bonus. I sat and ate at the bar, service was quick. There’s lots of seating here as well as you can see in the pics. Thanks Bambuza for a decent meal.

Tofu bahn mi sandwhich . Definitely worth stopping by. Vegetarian options .

The pork bahn mi sandwich was awesome. The reviews for this place were not high, but I really loved the food. Definitely check it out if you’re flying E gate (Southwest).

Needed fast light and healthy so got some delicious tofu veggie spring rolls for the flight. I’m eating them now and wanted to say that they’re just what I needed. Vegetarian options: Tofu and vegetables are options for several plates. Dietary restrictions: Good tofu and chicken options esp when you have gout!

Food quality and decor does not match … chefs special that I ordered did not look special at all . Food was not the worst but still disappointing ! Good potential hopefully they will work on their food !
