waited over 15 minutes for a milk tea. there was one customer before us and only two other people came in while we're were waiting

Absolutely LOVE the pandan and ube waffles. Can’t believe they are gluten free! It is so hard to find delicious treats that are gluten free and these taste like the real deal. Hot and fresh and unlike any other waffles I have tried. Their che and boba are also delicious and they offer authentic options as well as dairy free versions too. Very impressed! Have been back a few times now. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free options available.

Durian Smoothie: asked for no sugar since I thought durian would be sweet enough. Sadly, it was p watery, not much durian taste. Customized coconut water: no sugar with palm seed, taro paste, pandan jelly, grass jelly, red tapioca for my toppings. They seemed to forget about my pandan jelly tho even with no sugar in my drink, the toppings were too sweet for my liking… There was probably some issue with my order at their end and they called me to ask for my order details and I rly appreciated it. Pandan waffles: this is my second time trying pandan flavored dessert and imo they have the similar taste of coconut (maybe all pandan desserts are made with coconut milk?), unlike the typical waffles, it had a more chewy texture, and I enjoyed the strong aroma of butter as well!

I’m beyond impressed by the selection of drinks and add ons! All I can say is pure happiness and I’m so happy I found Bambu as I’m forever a lifelong client ! The drinks are out of this world in flavour and fun! Can’t go wrong with Bambu love you guys thanks !! 10/10**********

I love BAMBU! Their drinks are fresh, flavorful, and refreshing. They have a wide variety of options, from classic milk tea to exotic fruit smoothies. My favorites are the avocado smoothie, the coconut pandan milk tea, and the passion fruit green tea. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is fast and efficient. The place is clean and cozy, with a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend BAMBU to anyone who loves bubble tea or wants to try something new and delicious.

I come here very often and I am so fed up with the service and the attitude of the people that work there. They are rude, cold and absolutely unwelcoming. You can tell that they all hate their job. The drinks are overpriced and honestly nothing to wow about. The panda waffle is good but the quality is a hit or miss. Sometimes the center of the waffle are empty. Ventilation is horrible! Even if you go in for two mins to grab your food, all your clothes and hair will smell like you’ve been cooking in the kitchen all day. Management really need to step up and reassess the issues.

This place is great! Bubble tea is tasty and made well!
