We had the privilege of being served by Jordan and he was fabulous. Jordan recommended the Chicken Valdestano and it was perfect. My wife had the Mediterranean salad with a Super Tuscan wine. We finished with the lava cake and it was superb. This is a great Italian restaurant in IB that you don't want to miss!!
Everything about this place was fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious, the service was friendly and prompt, great value for the quality and its a lovely cosy atmosphere. Will be too of the list when i come back to San Diego!

I'm not sure how this place has five stars, maybe because the staff is nice. This does not taste like real Italian food and I understand that can be subjective. I ate here twice the first time I ate here they were nice enough to let me replace my first order which was lasagna. It tasted horrible like it came out of a box. Then they replaced it with carbanara I basically lied and said I liked it . The noodles were thick with no egg mixture or bacon. So I come back and I figured I try the pizza because it looked good in the picture. If you think you're getting your traditional wood fire authentic Italian pizza forgot it. It tasted like frozen tombstone pizza with weat crust . Nothing is seasoned and no flavor whatsoever. I'm not one of those guys that sacrifices gluten with that wierd crust that some of these restaurants cook with. If I was betting man I would say this food is pre-made or comes from the freezer.
I ordered the Picchio Rosso pizza and the Tortellini Romagnoli pasta and both were absolutely delicious! The staff was beyond nice and the restaurant itself is picturesque! I am definitely coming back!!
Amazing service, with attention to details where they fold your napkin when you head to the restroom. Matched by the food, we tried pasta and pizza all made from scratch and flavours all there. Night recommended for Italian fine dinning.
Family of 5 had been visit in twice both dinner and lunch and we enjoyed every item in the menu. The kids had a blast when the chef invited the to the kitchen to watch how the desserts are made
