A really fantastic pizza place in a part of Austin lacking great options. The Roman-style pizza is like nothing I've ever had before, and there is so much flavor in every bite. You can get any pizza by the slice, which is great because they have A LOT of variety and unique combinations of toppings! The inside decor is very nice and they've created a kind of "royal" aesthetic. There are not very many seats but please don't let it stop you. The service was also great and the staff was SO friendly! I would recommend the Nonno and the Sausage + Honey the most, but really every slice I've had there has been very good. If you're dining with someone else, I think the best way to do it is get 3 slices (to try the most flavors) and split each slice in half. Don't miss out on this cozy pizza spot! I mean LOOK at this spread!
The thin crust is light and flaky. The toppings were plentiful and delicious. I shall return
I have been wanting to make it out to Baldinucci's for awhile and finally did...and am very glad. Although the eatery was tinier than I imagined, there still were about five small tables to dine in. of course, if you did your research you would see this is by the slice only and the advantage to this is that you could try lots of different options… Which is what I did, (see pics w/ names) and have leftovers! I met Patricia - owner - and she was very sweet and friendly and accommodating. Everything we ordered was very tasty. They have Roman style (large rectangular thick) slices aa well as NY style (thin). I am glad they have both options... for all the locals… think walking into a place that has both Home Slice and Via 313 all in one location. I wish I wasn't so full so I could've tried their gelato... looked amazing! Definitely will be back!!
Great Pizza and really nice staff, will definitely go back.
Best cheese pizza in atx. It’s not even close. Was scared to review this and give away what’s currently the best kept secret in Austin. It’s bound to blow up sooner or later though. Nothing else needs to be said. This is quite literally the only place that knows how to make pizza in this pizza forsaken town. I want to personally thank these folks for bringing proper pizza to Austin.
I came here two nights ago and ate some delicious BBQ chicken and mushroom pizza. The crust was extra crispy and the staff were super nice. This is my favorite pizza in Austin.
