I have never been treated so rudely in my life by a Baldinos. I did a pick-up order through some app they use, and it took an order but never emailed me a "ticket number," which they require for you to pick up your food. Apparently, I didn't get a ticket number sent to me, but my card was charged. The lady said, "No ticket number, no sandwich! ". I tried to explain, but she said you have to talk to him, and as I walked off to talk to him, she was talking to other customers about me. I told her to say what you want, and I am being done wrong. I tried to show the owner he was nasty, then grabbed my sandwich and put on the counter, and said there. I asked for pickle, and the lady said there wasn't anything on the order. And chips I have to get myself. So, apparently, the app they picked up an old order I placed a long time ago and used it. And not the order I placed today. All I needed was the owner to be a bit more responsive. I'm spending my money there and not taken seriously. Staff is allowed to talk any way they want to and about customers, and it is acceptable. No longer will I go there!
