Balan's

I went with my friend this week and I must say, this place is amazing. The food was fresh and very well seasoned. We had the east coast Oysters that were amazing and the Branzino fillet that was to die for. Both were recommendations from our sever, who was very polite and knowledgeable. The service was top tier and the manager Viktor was super polite and checked on us through out the night. If your looking for amazing food, great indoor/ outdoor atmosphere and excellent customer service, I would suggest you stop by Balan's. It an oasis in Brickell!

Buenos cockteles , servicio muy rápido y amables. Ambiente un poco apagado y en la terraza pues ves la gente caminando pero el ambiente es más la calle de Brickell que la misma terraza

Terrible experience; The manager approached our table without offering us the option to relocate. Despite having food and drinks, he lift up our table and started dragging it, an unprecedented situation for us. It appears that our skin color was the underlying factor. Your focus should be on addressing your staff's behavior.

Gabi gave us a great service and she was very attentive, however the food sucks… I don’t normally write “bad reviews” but it really gets to my nerves when I spend money on bad food. I ordered a pasta that was completely tasteless, my friends’ food were the same. Very disappointing…

Stopped by Balan's for happy hour yesterday & had a beautiful experience. Hannah & Ariel took amazing care of us when we walked in (treated us like family) & suggested some delicious drinks for happy hour. Scarlett, our server - was so kind & attentive. We loved sitting out front in the sunshine. Thank you for a beautiful day Balan's team- we will definitely be back <3

Locale molto carino. Buon servizio. Abbiamo preso una colazione in tarda mattinata non male.. ottima soluzione per chi è di passaggio a Brickell.

I came here for a first date and had one of the worst restaurant experiences ever, the food was really cold, and tasted like it was straight out of the freezer. On top of that they took forever to deliver us the food and it wasn’t even that busy.
