Baker's Ribs

I went in for the Brisket and I keep returning for the ribs. The brisket is not bad but it also isn't the best. The ribs on the other hand are great. I found out about this restaurant a couple of weeks ago and now I've been going about 2 - 3 times a week. Ratings Ribs: 9/10 The ribs are nicely cooked to a proper temperature and the flavor that the ribs carry is really good. Brisket: 5/10 The brisket doesn't have a lot of flavor and it's slightly overcooked and dry. (Adding their barbeque sauce would make it into a 6/10) Barbeque Sauce: 7/10 I don't eat barbeque sauce just because I don't typically like the taste of it but the barbeque sauce at Bakers Ribs is surprisingly good. Smoke Sausage: 9/10 The sausage has a good flavor and would be better if it had cheese inside Mac & Cheese: 7/10 Nothing special but still good

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I went here December 11 ordered a brisket plate. When I got home, I opened the plate it was a lot of bark and not edible. I took it back to them and asked for a refund. She gave me a ticket showing the transaction had been voided. A couple of days later the money leaves my bank account, I think fine, the money should be returned to my bank in another day. A week later, still no credit. December 26, the funds have yet to be credited to my bank account, I have filed a dispute with my bank. I’m guessing she voided it and printed me a receipt but must have went back into the computer after I left and voided that transaction hoping I wouldn’t notice. I did notice and I’m warning everyone about your deceitful business practices.

Just plain Ole bbq....nothing to write home about but budget friendly and fast in and out.

Staff struggles with understanding English then wanted to charge $43 for a pound of brisket and a large okra. Walked out, service and prices have gotten ridiculously worse the last couple years

I was missing the baked potato out of the Togo order, but I called and they said swing by and apologized. Good people great food!

The food is awesome. Service you have to repeat yourself. It's very quite and dark. It's good food but pricey

This place is amazing, their sloppy joes are great and the prices are insanely good, our total came out to 16 dollars and we couldn't even finish our meal it was so filling, I particularly loved the scallops and pasta salad which were amazing though I also absolutely adored the sloppy joes, its good meat and the buns are toasted, the best part, they give you the barbecue on the side so you can give yourself as much or little as you'd like

I love this place it's AMAZING the service, food and atmosphere my mom always get the rib plate with 2 sides and I always get my brisket sandwich with 2 sides

Prices have sky rocketed, and portions have shrunk. You pay separately for onion, pickles, jalapeños etc…. They took advantage of Covid and will stick it to you.
