Baked or Fried

Terrible customer service and unsanitary work conditions. Many hairs, obviously from the cook, have been found in multiple potatoes. The manager and staff have a reputation with arguing and being confrontational towards customers over things like extra ranches or terrible wait time estimates. I waited a half hour on a 20 minute estimate and was upset that my potatoes were not even out of the oven yet and I was going to be late to work. I received no apology nor effort to make things right. When told the service was unacceptable, the manager charged out from the back, opened the register, gave me cash(even though I paid with card) and told me to leave. Avoid this place.

Really bad customer service. Owner is condescending. Agree with the other comments about hair in the food.

Hair in my food last time I ate here (see picture attached). Absolutely horrific workers. We ordered two potatoes and were told it would be 15 minutes, which was perfect because I only have 45 for my lunch break. 30 minutes go by and we check in to see what was going on. The potatoes weren’t even out of the oven or being dressed yet. They then tried to say they said it was going to be a 35 minute wait.. which was simply untrue. The manager was unbelievably rude, refunded our money, and denied us service. I had to go back to work without a lunch because of this. Super sad to see how poorly this place is managed and how spiteful the workers are.

Stay away from the beef tips and brisket. They were very tough to chew thru and were overcooked

Wonderful portions and delicious food. Wonderful customer service. Im very picky about my bbq and this was so good I will definitely be back. I would one hundred percent recommend this place.
