This was an online order for Valentines Day delivery… it never arrived. Granted, it was the carriers fault initially but when I reached out to customer service to see if I could get assistance, no response. Will not be ordering these over priced cupcakes again.

the ladies working at this store in particular are incredibly rude and hostile. screaming at me when i accidentally said the wrong number. very unprofessional very disrespectful. never coming back to this location.

The options/variety is VERY limited. The pre-packed boxes are WAY OVER PRICED. The cupcakes are really expensive. 6 cupcakes for $13 and the are like an inch and a half each. Create your own option is not available and maybe with max 2 flavors. No seating. Not worth the hype. Overpriced.

Excellent choice of vegan cupcakes. Bite size cupcakes are pretty good. Though on the pricier side, it's got a unique taste!
