Bake My Day - Spring Hill

The food was very good...but I think it's way overpriced. For me and my Mom we ordered the combo meal...each a pimento cheese on croissant that comes with a bag a of chips and a soda. And a cookie ... I included a very small bowl of taco soup. And a personal size tomato galette....$40.00...not including a tip! And people wonder why consumers get upset about tips.. As good as it was ..we won't be returning.

Employees were excellent but the guy I guess he is part of management has a nasty attitude and NO customer service skills. I have patronized this business for years and have always been treated nicely but today was different. The guy treated me like I was lying or trying to be dishonest

My husband and I just had the most delightful experience in Bake My Day! The girls at the counter were so pleasant and helpful in describing their different offerings. The sweet and salty cookie was every bit as good as they said! We're not from the Mobile area, but we will surely make a point to stop when we are back!

The Chicken Salad sandwich on the croissant was delicious. The cookie that came with the meal was amazing, so I had to buy some squares, Brownies and Red Velvet cake. I'm going back on Thursday for the Gumbo.

Best cakes ever

Exceptional taste, freshness and quality. The staff is polite, cheerful and efficient at taking and filling orders and checking out customers quickly. The food is FANTASTIC! Everything I have tried is fabulous! I love this business! And it is local!!!

The bars are incredible my favorite is the Chess.

Fabulous customer service! I live in North Carolina and they were a tremendous help fixing some Easter Treats for my Mobile family! My family loved everything!

Been here twice. Sadly both times the staff was rude. Very disappointing.

I wait all year for king cake and I was excited for the season. So I started calling around to find fresh baked king cake. I called this place and asked specifically “do you have king cake?” The lady on the other end shouted yes we do! We have lots! So I drove a half hour out at the end of the day to buy my king cake. I walk in to find a shelf of cupcakes. No way this is remotely the same and how am I going to divide a cupcake with friends and family? Find the baby? Not only did I waste an hour, but I lost my opportunity to find the real deal. Not only did I not buy a cupcake but I will never try this place again. It’s hard to trust a company that practices in lies and deceit, not to mention show it has no respect for their customer or potential customers time
