Horrible customer service. Deceptive practices with inconsistent pricing. If they were not in the supermarket, they definitely wouldn't survive. Packaging of items is also horrible. Be aware if you want to look at something before buying, the packaging will open and you'll be forced to buy it. If you try to argue with them, they'll feign ignorance and will only speak Mandarin.
