Catalina Cafe

Will NEVER give this place business again. It was my first time eating here and my last. I left a cash tip and paid for our meals on card. On the receipt I crossed out the tip and put the total for our meal. A day later I got a notification from my bank that my card amount was updated to include a tip. The meal was $32 for two of us and the tip amount all together came out to almost $20!!! I hate thieves more than anything. I don't care if it is even a penny. They returned $8.00 cash after I had to call them but stated I'd have to come in and get it since they couldn't return it back on my card. This place is absolutely trash and morally compromised.

No longer Baja Cafe. We always came here for the eggs Benedicts, so many old options, now just 5 not so very good options. Will probably not be back, will drive further to go to the Baja Cafes that still have the menu we want.

Great food and great service. Love to go there with my staff for lunch. Everything is good.

So just to be clear, this is not Baja cafe anymore. It does not have the same menu, but the food is similar. Shout out to the same tattooed female chef still rocking amazing food! Will go back.

New place since Wednesday 2-28-25! It's NOT Baja Cafe anymore so not all reviews below are about the same food that is now available I was confused about the sign being gone. New name. New menu. Friendly staff as always. Food is different but they kept some of the items, others are gone... My biscuit was overbaked and dry. My omelet was great! Hashbrow was not as good today. Best wishes for the same staff and owners.

Got the train wreck, absolutely wonderful, full of flavor and a bit of spice. Food came out very quick which is always nice. Will come here again, may be my new regular spot…. Still coming here and getting the train wreck. So good
