Food was very good. I had the breakfast tacos; taste was perfect, hashbrowns were seasoned, beans had just the right amountof cheese, just the chorizo was tough...maybe overcooked. My partner had the classic Benedict. Really enjoyed it withe the exception the English muffins were stale. The hollandaise was spiced which he didn't expect but enjoyed so not entirely "classic" my son had the Cinnamon roll pancake as a combo with eggs sausage and Hashbrowns. He was happy with the flavor ans the quantity was huge. Just wasn't ahuge fan of the pancake as it was too sweet and crunchy in his opinion. If you ho expect a 20 to 30 minute wait. There's plenty of parking but spots in front will fill up so you may have to park further out. Staff was mixed some really friendly and check in often and see how your meal is going and if you need anything others are task oriented and you will need to get their attention if you need anything. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of children eat Herr and it's noisy enough that they won't be the told to sush.

Don’t usually take the time to submit a review, the dining experience was exceptional and I felt compelled to. The service and atmosphere was relaxed, warm and genuinely friendly, perfect for a Saturday morning. The jalapeño bacon and liege waffles were both unique and delicious. Rarely do I feel like I underpaid for a meal anymore, but I actually had to prioritize the bacon over the hash browns, leaving a few remaining on the plate…so much delicious food. Mikelle was a breath of fresh air…attentive in her service with a true kindness in her personality. Baja will be a required stop when next in Tucson.

Absolutely lived up to the hype! The food was delicious and the servings were massive. But the service is what makes this place the best. Our server, Tony, was so knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. When I came across something I wasn’t a fan of, he and another staff made sure I got something else I loved without any hassle or hard feelings. Definitely try the prickly pear mimosa and the blueberry lemon pancakes. And be prepared to be befuddled with food and take leftovers home.

We were warned that we would have a wait here but that it was worth it so we gave it a try. That advice was spot on and we had a really epicly great breakfast. I had juevos with corn tortillas and shredded beef on it and it was so well done with cheese and black beans and pico de gallo… such a wonderful balanced and pretty dish. Huge portions on everything. My wife had the big pancake with vanilla topping and it was also special. Good coffee and great service and this was a memorable breakfast I want to do again soon!

I recently stayed in Tucson for 27 days. While I got free breakfast daily at my hotel, I had to venture out on the weekends. Three of the four weekends I was there, I ate at THIS place! OMG! The food and service is amazing! There's no wonder you have to wait when you get here, but it's worth it. Actually, being a solo diner, I sat at the counter, so no wait. Anyway, every time I had the eggs, bacon, hash browns and specialty pancake. The eggs, bacon and hash browns were so fresh! Cooked to perfection. The first time I got the snickerdoodle pancake! It was heaven on earth. The cinnamon and vanilla glaze. Yum. I took have back to the hotel and ate it the next day! The second time I did the cinnamon roll French toast. It was yummy, but not as delicious as the pancakes. The last time I did the pecan cinnamon roll. The crispy bits of caramelized cinnamon on this thing still haunt my dreams! This place really is amazing. They are only open until 2. If they were open later, I would have eaten dinner there probably every day! The menu is HUGE and has something for everyone. They have alcoholic beverages. They have an outdoor patio that I bet is lovely in the warmer weather. Every serve I had was pleasant and helpful. The last day I was there, my server Tony, was super awesome and talked to me a lot about the different foods. I wish this place was in my town... I'd be there all the time!!!
