Pitiful to pay over $5 for a "sno" with so little flavoring throughout the cup. Service is always slow. Think it's time to take a break from this location. Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergy

It's pretty good definitely some of the best I've had but the drive through is horrible... you'll probably be in line for 30 minutes if you aren't lucky

They don't put enough syrup in. Ask for extra. However, the service was fast and kind and the restaurant was a positive, fun, welcoming environment! :)

Burleson Texas location was Horrible! I am accustomed to paying for the red sour sauce but to be given a tablespoon full for $1.29 really made me angry As I can't really enjoy these things much without it! To be honest I believe they habe been watering down the flavors so much lately AND leave 1/4 of the snow white with NO Syrup halfway through it. I would rather you raise the prices and stop skipping out on product. Then to make us think we can afford to have one very often and have it halfway made. None of the flavors taste like they Are supposed to AND they pretty much are all are just sweet!!

We had met friends at the Burleson location for our first visit. I had ordered a Coconut creme, my kids had an Oreo shake and a Unicorn snow cone that was flat ‍♀️. Personally, the smell of whatever they used to clean gave me a headache. The smell was so strong as if they poured the concentrate all over the floor. I couldn't wait to leave. Yes, they have an array of flavors and frozen treats, but strongly feel the smell killed my tastebuds. Perhaps, well give it another try... Perhaps?

Best place for snow cones. Great variety. Usually always pretty busy but never too loud.

Cleanest place I walked into lately. Amazed from floor to Ceiling the walls and restrooms were in mint shape. Good job!! And thanks for the awesome service and yummy dessert.
