Food Quality is fantastic. Bread on sandwich is worth the stop. Expensive for 8" sandwich.

Love these sandwiches

I have been waiting 30 minutes for a bowl of soup and a ham sandwich. Avoid this Baggins at all costs. Under staffed and unorganized

You better not be in a hurry for lunch at the Rita road location. Holy cow they are slow here.

My husband and I go here almost every time we are in Tucson. We love it!! Although this time it took a long while to get my order. They did throw in a bag of chips for the wait. And maybe better music.

Great sandwiches, fresh salads

I'm a new customer and the few times I've been customer service is good enough but communication between staff and customer is lacking severely I ordered a cold sandwich each time which is delicious and prepared well but I waited a very long time everyone saw me including the lady that took my order and no one checked on the order after 20 minutes and a call from my kid in the car to be sure I was still alive I went to the counter and yep just like I thought my order was waiting for some time no apologies, no explanation, nothing. Don't know if I will go back and I'm sad because the food is really good I just think customer service is just that and zero communication negates the whole concept. More training should be in order.

I sat and watched my sandwich being made while the two dark girls were having a full conversation about something meaningless they took 15 minutes while nobody was in their ro make my food and sat it on the counter to continue talking about personal buisness I had to walk up as say I would like my food since they put it on the counter and kept on chating,,, and was not pleased with their lack of attention to their customers. These girls need to find a job elsewhere!

Baggins sandwiches are just top notch, I have loved Baggins for a long time. The chicken bowtie pasta is always a must have for me. If you're really hungry, try the rum cake, it is awesome!
