Food is good but pricey for what you get. I do appreciate the cookie.

Second time we have ordered through Door Dash and one of the sandwiches arrives not edible. Today’s sandwich that couldn’t be eaten was a Club sandwich. But they put so much mayonnaise on it that the entire sandwich was soggy. Then we ordered 2 large chocolate chip cookies and we received 2 macadamia nut cookies—and there is a nut allergy in the home. And 1 of the large cookies was wet because of the mayonnaise sandwich disaster. What a waste for $40. I suggest only eating there because I’m convinced they don’t care about the delivery orders because they’ll never see us.

On Thursday 3/28/24 I stopped at the Baggins in Marana. I was there before 11:00. Just before walking in, I got sad news about a dear friend. I had many errands to run but I decided I needed to eat first. Sean the Manager waited on me. He was so upbeat, friendly and had such wonderful customer service skills that I immediately felt better. Then while I was eating and playing games on my phone, he dropped off an extra cookie and said to enjoy the rest of my day. Sean made my day! He also made me a loyal customer of Baggins. The world needs more Sean’s!

Great food. Comfortable atmosphere. Enjoyed the variety of things that came with my meal! Would recommend this place to anyone that likes unique choices in sandwich-making.

Meatball sub was soggy and waited 30 minutes for dine in. Manager said would fix and refund but charge still hit account. Get your stuff together.

Great sandwiches and service! Fresh bread and good portions. Exceeded our expectations.
