Bagel to Sandwich

Great breakfast sandwiches and fresh bagels

2404 Overall the sandwich still tastes good but the bagel is just odd. The bagel is too squishy-you squishy to be real, especially for a whole wheat one. Maybe there’s tapioca flour or some other additives. The color is strangely even and it also lacks the aroma of wheat. There is no crust. The scrambled eggs are tender and not too watery. (One of the stars of the eggs) Staff are friendly and food came fast. It’s a different type of bagel shop. (Should have realized it with the BTS pun.) The cream cheese almost looks like gelato on display. The other bagel options also look too gaudy to me. One won’t regret trying it but… I’m more traditional/conservative regarding bagel.

Thieves. I was knowingly charged extra. When I pointed out the issue, the cashier refused to change it.

We really wanted to get a bagel for breakfast and BTS was a couple blocks away. We really enjoyed this establishment. From the start, their bagel assortment is not like anything I had seen in any other place. I had to get the Rainbow bagel with Nutella spread for my little girl. My son got a plain bagel with Nutella spread. My wife and I both got a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese bagel. All of the bagels were delicious. They do a great job wrapping them too. Our bagels were still nice and hot when we got back to the hotel room (about a 15 minute walk). But my kid’s bagels did not pick up any of the heat from ours, which was amazing. A lot of people come through this restaurant but they keep the orders moving quickly. If you’re in the Times Square area for breakfast, check this place out. It’s probably going to be much better and less expensive than what your hotel has to offer.

Took a little side adventure to find this place on a Sunday afternoon and was very much worth it. Had an iced latte and tried a plain bagel as well as salmon lox sandwich bagel. Both amazing
