Bagel Street Cafe

I ordered a pesto bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese for pickup at least 1 hour ahead of time and scheduled it for when I would be there. When I got there, the older man argued with me for around 5 minutes and insisted that I placed the order to the wrong Bagel Street Cafe. Another lady walks up and hands him my order slip and he finally gets started on my bagel only to tell me he doesn’t have any pesto left so I chose another bagel and had to wait for 10-15 minutes while he cut, toasted, and put cream cheese on it and ended up getting to work late. I just wish I didn’t have to spend time arguing in the time that he could have helped me out.

Pretty good bagel sandwich. Strawberry croissant was also pretty good. Pleasant people behind the counter.

Wife and daughter love this place and send me there all the time. Friendly and family run, just make sure you get there early on weekends as they sell out some of the more popular types of bagels

Always a great place to get bagels especially at 6am! Coffee was good too. Huge variety of bagels.

Casual. Funny place. Had music playing on a speaker at the cash register that didn’t quite fit the scene but made me laugh. Polite and good customer service from the whole team even though they seemed a little stressed.

This place has the worst customer service ever. My friend ordered a pizza bagel, and she was asked if she wanted pepperoni and couldn’t understand because the only worker there had a thick accent and we weren’t able to understand her. My friend doesn’t eat meat, and she didn’t understand that the lady had put pepperoni on her bagel, and we asked her to kindly take it off. She said she would still charge us for the pepperoni even though we were asking her to remove it. Then she started yelling at us, saying that she asked us if we wanted pepperoni and that she’d still charge us. She was furious and angry and was being very rude. We said we didn’t understand her the first time and don’t understand why we’re being charged. Don’t go to this place. Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food.
