Bagel King

I ordered 2 jerk chicken bagels and asked for them to be warmed up, I then asked for the box as it was for takeaway. I was upset at the fact that one of the stuff members didnt pay attention to what I said. I have pictures to show that it. I waited at least 5 mins to be served which is fine but service could be better.

The staff members are very friendly.

The apple crumble and custard now tastes like cardboard and at a whooping £5 per tub, that’s a shambles. The staff mutter under their in their language about customers and it’s so unprofessional and unbecoming. I’ve never seen a black member of staff despite their main clientele being black. How does that give back to the community? After coming here for almost 15 years, I won’t be going again.

Beautiful place and great staff

Good donuts, unfortunately they never get you the products you ask for, Nutella donuts are washed down with cheap chocolate after people have been hooked with real ones, I asked for beef patty and found out later when eating it was another flavour, and many other instances same with other products/flavours, and instead of an apology I was told that I have to check what they give me (checking content of a patty good luck before eating it). 6 people behind the counter 5 of which watching one working most of times. They have time to ask you about your personal life but no time to give you what you ask for..

It’s heartbreaking for me to have to write this. I was toying between a four and three. The chicken bagel is on point, but I’ve always come to bagel King for the apple crumble and custard. I don’t know what’s happened But it taste like dust now the cakes are still great, but the apple crumble and custard has fallen off the map

The food is outstanding, the cakes are delicious too. I can not fault them in any way whatsoever! Definitely recommend to everyone who likes tasty food.
