Really nice Coffee - Black Americano was really fruity and the cups were massive!

The salmon had grey/brown patches all over it which made the bagel practically inedible as Im not sure if this is a normal thing or if the salmon has gone off? Didnt really want to risk it so ended up throwing it away and wasting my money. Not sure how this was not noticed when assembling the bagel. Would not recommend this place.

The bagel is just so bad. Second time I’ve tried. The bagel is so wet? And all the filling is pouring out. Never leave reviews but don’t understand how one can get a bagel so wrong.

I asked for a Classic and a Vegan Classic and I received 2 Classics, despite me clarifying 4 times that one of them must be vegan. At the end she even pointed out which one is the vegan one. I tried the Vegan Classic before and this time it was 100% made with real salmon, extremely disappointed after pointing out 4 times that one should be vegan. I only noticed this when I got home, so now I m hungry and extremely disappointed. Also, I ve never felt welcome in this shop. Every time I go there the employees are kinda talking to each other about random stuff when they are taking orders, no wonder they don t know how to do their job.

Vegetarian options: Should have more vegetarian and vegan options

Absolutely appalling. By far the worst bagel and schmear I have ever seen. I didn't know you could mess up a bagel with plain cream cheese, but congratulations this place has done it. Stay far away from this place. Never visiting again.

Could put a bit more care into putting the bagels together. Bit sloppy for the price.

Excellent service by the boy that works there. Got my order wrong but mistakes can happen when I went back he apologised and remade my order. The bagel itself was hard and tasted stale and the filling was nice
