Good bagels in Bay Ridge.

The lady who took the order, I don’t know her name she was really rude and nasty it was the worst customer service ever. We came from NJ visiting and I have to say we didn’t expect such an unprofessional service there was a point she was asking if we paid for the food multiple times and the other worker said yes they did like if we came all the way to steal the food lol. Based on my experience this is not a place I would recommend to my friends and family.

Absolutely the best bagel ever

Despite the evening time, the bagels were quite fresh, an hour and a half maximum. I tried 4 types (everything that was on the shelves at that time). Delicious, we can say that not a single bagel is inferior to others in taste. The only thing that upset me was the absolutely unbaked inner dough of almost all bagels. and besides, it is difficult for the stomach and intestines to digest such food. True, I solved the problem by simply cutting off the excess dough and then putting it in the toaster. The bagels are tasty, but it would be better if they were baked better. Vegetarian options: They can always give you a tasty sandwich with some fish and a lot of vegetables and greens. Kid-friendliness: Toasted bagel with Philadelphia cream cheese and Blueberry jam.

Great soups and bagels.. Overall good selection of coldcuts, salads, + Everything always fresh... Just be prepared for long lines during morning rush hour.

Always enough staff to handle the lines. You never need to wait more than 10 minutes for your order!
