Jacket potato was raw! Fillings hardly anything! Very disappointed squashed in box terribly presented! Very over sweet cake and custard! Felt sik in the morning Who ever answer the phone just now claimed to be manager then mentioned he will let a manager know to tell uber to process my refund . Lier ! Dont trust this company big scam Vegetarian options: Disgusting food no seasoning and not even cooked throughout

Shops empty. Ordered turkey bacon panini. Guy microwaved my panini and when u looked inside it there was only two pieces of bacon

Was there on new years day, catching up with a friend of mine, having a coffee when one of the staff members shouted at us from the counter and asked us to leave, since we were just having a coffee. I was pretty annoyed, we left immediately. It was kinda humiliating but we didn't want any arguments. Never going there again.

Overpriced food and they dont even put much food inside the baguette. Poor service!

Bad,very bad.

The food came 2 hours late. When I called the restaurant to cancel it, the person that picked was being rude and short, and wouldn’t even hear me out when I tried to explain that I cannot cancel on the app. The food was disgusting. The fries were weeks old, they were soggy and inedible - threw them in the trash. You’d think the samosas were packed with the frying oil from how oily they were, and the burger wasn’t that much better but edible atleast.

Lovely food. Personally I find it better than Subway. I tried Chicken Biryani, Cheesy Fries, Chicken Burger and Veggie Burger. Location is perfect.

Bagel bites uses the microwave for all the food menu which is bad food hygiene and they don't know how to use the grill properly
