Bagel bar

I see pretty much everyone wrote that their service is great. I didn’t have that experience. We came at 4:30 (and closing time it seems is 6, rather than 7 as appears here). They were out of whole wheat bagels of either kind except for one of each (plain whole wheat and whole wheat with seeds). I think it is kind of early to be out of them, and the reaction was “they eat whole wheat?!” Yes, we all eat whole wheat. I came with my two grandsons who took the remaining two (fortunately one of the kids is OK with the seeds). I also wanted three bagels to go, and two of them were for people who weren’t there. So I had to check what they wanted instead (there were whole wheat baguettes and a whole wheat wrap). We were the only people in the store, but you’d think there was a whole line of people in back of us with the impatience - is that it? What else do you want? I needed to check. Have a minute’s patience. Also, the fellow making the sandwiches (one made the sandwiches, one was ringing up the order) said he couldn’t hear me, “take off your mask”. Two times he told me to take off my mask. Well, I’m a senior and preferred to keep it on. People don’t have trouble hearing me through my mask. I told him to turn the music down for a moment and he’d hear me. Then he did that. But I also told him he should be more tolerant of a person with a mask. He could have thought to turn the music down and even come around the glass cabinet to hear me. A little accommodation to a customer can go a long way. The food was fine. The atmosphere is stools next to counters. Quite basic.

Got to the store today, Friday 09/22 at 8:25am and it was still locked. What are your true hours of operation?

I dont usually do reviews but i came in to this beautiful store they had a lot of options and amazing prices staff are amazing kind and i asked for recommendations and they took there time to tell me whats new i recommend stopping here for good foos
