Bad Daddy's Burger Bar

Came in and they weren’t busy, waited an hour and twenty five minutes for two burgers with sides. Gnats everywhere, waitress came to the table maybe 3 times total. Don’t know what happened but wouldn’t come back for that kind of service.

Food is consistently good

Great burgers and milkshakes. Outdoor seating.

Visited noontime on our about 3/20/24 Kari (sp?) is the rudest bartender I have ever encountered in our travels across the U.S. She did not greet us and was seemingly annoyed we were even there. Gave us a legal albeit ridiculous request for I.D. I'm 66 and my husband is 70 although we ride a Harley Tri-Glide after we park our 43' ft. Motorcoach to see them area. We were staying at the nearby KOA and searched YELP for a bar and grill. We like to sit at the bar to talk to locals and learn more about the area we're in. She ignored us. Finally, she asked, after a solid 5 min at a bar with less than 5 people sitting there, what we wanted. I ordered a vodka and my husband a beer. I didn't have my I.D. so she wouldn't serve me then she called the manager to deal with the mess she made and literally turned her back to me! The manager was very very unhelpful to the point when I said, "We're the customer's here". His response was, "Well the customer is not always right!" Well slap my face and sit me down!! He was a 30-35 ish afro- american with a beard and was IMO clearly used to backing that light red haired and slightly over weight young woman up. I would guess she was late 20's. SMH It reduced me to near tears. So mean and rude!I've never ever been treated like that. Y'all need to have a serious chat. I have yet to post on YELP. I wanted to start will you. We were looking for a good burger and a couple of drinks while out exploring. We were profoundly disappointed. Maybe she doesnt like older white people like us?!

I know that the 3 stars seem odd with everything else so good. The hostess was not nice. I have had multiple back surgeries and usually sit in a booth for the extra cushion. When my wife and I were seated, the hostess asked if this table would be good. My wife explained the situation and asked if we could sit at a nearby booth. The hostess literally rolled her eyes and gave a grunt. Then put us at the booth and marched away. It was not a great experience. The food was good, though, and the waitress was very nice.

I love the fact that you have so many options. It was on the level of being one of the best burgers I have ever had. Bad Daddy Sauce is some really good BBQ sauce. Their house ranch is tasty too. Goes well with house chips. We will surely dine again.
