Bad Daddys Burger Bar

Food was hot, burger was juicy and well-seasoned. Salad was plentiful and filled with fresh ingredients. Can't complain about the quality of the food. However, the food took a very long time to come. It was just a burger meal with fries, tater tots, a salad, and a small to-go order. Around 30-45 minutes and the restaurant were not busy. Waiters and staff seemed to be chilling and talkative with one another, which is fine for the most part, but waiters were not observant or updated us on the estimated time for food. Our order was not entirely correct. I asked for fries for my meal and another order of tater tots on the side. They brought out my burger meal with tater tots instead of with fries also. I did not want to ask for my fries because considering the wait was 30-45 minutes, I did not want to wait any further since I had things to do and was hoping for a semi-quick lunch. They still ended up charging the fries to my bill despite me not having any fries at all. Waiters were nice. I can't entirely blame them, but I did not have a pleasant time today at Bad Daddy's Burger Bar. Food was good though.

Chey took care of me today. Very knowledgeable and personable. Salad was fresh and grilled chicken seasoned perfectly. Can't wait to come back next Monday!

This place has gone down hill FAST. Waited 15 minutes to get water, and only was able to get it after flagging down two separate people. Immediately placed order because we were appalled at the level of service. Took 40 minutes to make two burgers. Mine came out burnt to a crisp after being ordered medium-rare, and at this point I talked to the manager, he assured me he could get a decent burger made for me in under 5 minutes. Never got a refill on my first cup of water even though I was empty half the time. We've gone multiple times over the last year, and each time the service got worse. At this point we're both done with this place and will Never return. Handled pathetically, Horrible servers, untrained manager, and cooks that don't know how to make a burger. Not quite sure they'll stay in business much longer if it continues like this. Honestly, STAY away if you value your sanity, care about service, or care about quality. Oh, and we ordered a milkshake when we ordered our burgers that never came, but we didn't bother bringing it up because we just wanted to get out of there.

Food phenomenal!!! Marquise phenomenal!!! They provide great food & our served , SERVED! He gave recommendations on drinks and food. He didn’t fail me. Thank you boo!
