Not even close.It took the waiter 30 minutes to notice we had been sat by the host before she got our drink orders in. I would complain about the waiter by name if she had introduced herself at some point, but she never did.After getting our drinks and a side of fried pickles we placed our orders for two burgers. 40 minutes later we had finished our pickles and the waiter came back and re-took our order as she hadn’t put it in yet. Another 30 minutes and we got our food, rushed to finish, then left immediately. We arrived at 7 and left 5 minutes before they closed after ordering 3 things. No explanation was given and we won’t be going back.

I’m very disappointed in the Arvada location. I ordered a smoke house burger to go. At first I did not receive the pulled pork or bbq sauce. I took the hamburger back in to let them know, they took my hamburger back and put the pork on it and gave me the sauce but had a horrible attitude about it. Once I got home I realized that they had put all fat on my hamburger. It’s literally disgusting and felt very intentional given the attitude I received when I politely asked for my order to be corrected.

I've been here many times, service has always been good and they have a good selection of great hamburgers. They have a big build your own hamburger section but I've tried a few of the pre-selected options and those are pretty good too. They have a good selection of beers and the service is usually pretty quick.
