Phenomenal experience. Cleverly crafted food that is fresh and beautifully displayed. We loved every bit of it. Fantastic service from Lissa. We would absolutely go again.

Very bad reception

I ordered from them all the time. I recently had a very bad experience with them. I ordered online they charged my card but it wasn’t showing up on their end so I called them and they said that they would give me my order. And then it’s happened before where they charge the card but they don’t see it on their end, but it came out of my bank. Then they called me back and said they would have to recharge my card again, after telling me that they would give me the food I had paid for. I was not comfortable with that and they just said to let them know if the charge doesn’t come off of my bank account so I didn’t get my food and I got charged and they didn’t follow through with their word , kind of upsetting as I order there all the time. Not good customer service, and they did not handle it properly at all and they took my money and I didn’t receive the item.

Fast service. Quality ingredients. To die for pulled pork sandwich. Perfect fries. Yummy slaw. I love this place, and I don't even drink beer. Food is great!

We eat at the Backslope at least once a week! Their food is delicious and plentiful! Not only that, the customer service is stellar! We are not beer drinkers so cannot attest to that.
