I've had BBQ all over the country and never even heard of turkey knuckles. Owner Lloyd Nelson gave me a sample and DAMN ! If you are in southwest Michigan you have to give them a try. Rib tips, brisket and turkey knuckles with a Carolina mustard sauce that kicks it up. This is legit good BBQ.

My brisket didnt come with any sauce. Come to find out, it didn't need any. That meat was SO JUICY. Oh my God. Coming back to try other stuff soon.
