Cold food now fresh. I was surprised because it is usually really good. Considering I order a Black Bean Burger you would think that would fresh. Very disappointed.

The location isn't even open. If you're going to occupy the building and can't open or can't develop a strategy to recruit workers then close so something else can open here. Thanks.

After being closed for two years, I heard this location in Cool Springs finally reopened. Went there on Sunday afternoon and they were closed. Called today to see if they had reopened and talked to the manager who answered the phone. This is what she told me. They reopened in August, but she only has ONE employee and because they are short-staffed their hours "vary." She said Monday-Thursday they are usually open until 6:00. WTH?? She went on to say that on Fridays and Saturdays they close at 7:00. They are closed on Sundays because "she needs a day off." She said that these hours vary because sometimes she doesn't have anyone to work. FFS. I'm never eating there. What restaurant closes at DINNER TIME?!?! You can just imagine the quality of the food you would receive at this completely mismanaged and unorganized restaurant. Consider yourselves warned.
