Prices are ridiculously high. The pizza is extremely bland. And I keep throwing up whenever I eat here

I get a slice of cheese, which sits in the window and gets heated up. I have no problem with that, but none of these employees have the patience to let it cook: leaving me with raw pizza. Typical & sad.

$10 for a slice of pizza. It's a massive slice, but it's not twice the size of places where you can get a better slice for $5.

I went in the middle of the night so there weren't many options.

Staff are nice, except the one that insisted they can't get me garlic, despite everyone else having gotten me garlic. Points off because the dining room is literally cold every time I've been there. And they don't have garlic salt. They would get a Chicago pass for not having garlic salt and not knowing better, but when you advertise everywhere how great your NY style pizza is, well, every pizzeria in NYC and the surrounding states has garlic salt sitting out beside the Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Garlic salt is a staple of NY style pizza, and most people who live in that area use garlic salt – like me. Many people in Chicago are from NYC and the surrounding cities, so it is egregious not having garlic salt, imo. Also the pizza is a little too thick for NY style, but it's not too bad. Finally, no slice in NYC costs $9+. They're $1-4. After Cafe Luigi on Clark went out of business following COVID-19, The only options for a good slice require you to pay $9 at Bacci or $5 at Dante's (Dante's Tavern has a pool table), but Dante's is a true NYC slice (albeit a little smaller (mainly less dough) and also no garlic salt available (but they will provide garlic powder upon request). I wish there were more good options for a true NYC slice in Chicago, but at least Bacci is open until 5 a.m. on the weekends. Wheelchair accessibility: Building is easily accessible by wheelchair.
