Bacchus Bar and Bistro

I went here based on the Google pictures, reviews and website. When I walked into this place in-person, I thought I walked into the wrong business. I was expecting a wine bar but this place is closer to a sports bar. The Google and Yelp pictures are definitely out of date. The menu straight from their website isn’t the real menu you get in-person. Totally misrepresented by their online presence. I decided to stay and try it anyway. We got the cheese plate, and that was fine. But the wine by the glass list is short and even shorter because they don’t actually have everything on the menu. On the plus side the service was pretty good. And they have beer and cocktails if you’re not actually looking for a wine bar. It’s not a bad place, just totally unexpected for a business named after the Greek god of wine.

BEWARE they serve cocktails but without a menu. I ordered a Manhattan, thinking that would be safe, and the very pleasant and friendly bartender confirmed he'd be using well whisky, although I had to stop him shaking as opposed to stiring it. So I was shocked when the check came to $21, more than I'd pay in New York for a super creative cocktail. And $2 more than my wife was charged here for a labor intensive smoked whisky Old Fashioned. So don't be burned like I was for what turned out to be a mediocre cocktail.

Great bar and happy hour menu with very friendly service. They just remodeled and place looks great!!

This was a really nice & lowkey spot for some drinks and appetizers. We had the truffle fries and the prosciutto & arugula flatbread which were both amazing, especially the flatbread. The staff were all super awesome and friendly.

Had not been here in a long time. Stopped by and the remodel is beautiful. Excellent selection of wine and food is delicious. Service has always been excellent here

Excellent place for dinner and date night. My husband and I had a really nice dinner of Chilean Sea Bass and Scallops and Risotto - customer service was amazing - Tony and Kim - thank you for the great service! We had a bottle of Taittinger Champagne with dinner and we had Tuna Tartare and Beets and Burrata for appetizers - the food was absolutely delicious! Ray ‘s has the perfect personality- he is amazing!

Great apps, great atmosphere, wonderful band. So much fun!!!!
