Bacchus 14th Karaoke & Bar

Place was dirty. I found broken glass in the room. Bathrooms were dusty. Clearly they were over serving people alcohol because I would walk into the bathroom to people being sick. Price does not include a gratuity charges they implement on room reservations. Instead of a $360 for the room we were informed at the end of the night there is a mandatory gratuity seperate from our alcohol bill, which made the room come to almost 500 dollars. We were never informed of this before reservation and the website makes no mention of this. Completely felt like a scam as the service was mediocre at best, had to go out of our room to order drinks while the server was on her phone or vaping in the bar area which was completely empty. We made the most of our time and overall enjoyed our time but I can't recommend this place to anyone as a result.

Post flames game the lads were looking for an after party. Turns out the real party is at bacchus on 14th. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who guaranteed the success of our satisfaction. Thank you very much. Definitely will be back for a song and drink!

We went here for a New Year’s party that was being hosted and the entire place smelled like rotten milk, and body odour mixed together. It was absolutely disgusting.

This place is disgusting. The floors are sticky and unclean. None of the rest room doors lock properly and the rest room was filthy and smelled of sewage. The doors to the private rooms are sticky and smeared with unknown substances. The drink prices are absurd.

My friend has brought me hear!! I love this place so much! Always have so much funny and the staff are wonderful!!

Very disappointing service and experience here. We showed up later on in the evening with the understanding that we would have to wait a while to get a private room, but hoped to hang out in the main room and have some drinks in a fun atmosphere while we waited. While the private rooms were full when we arrived, the place was DEAD. And despite that, we got awful, disinterested service. They didn't seem to know how to work the main karaoke machine. We stood at the bar for 10 minutes waiting to order a drink but getting completely ignored while the staff were getting orders for the people in the private rooms. We eventually moved into a vacated private room, but were essentially forgotten about once in there too. Don't waste your time coming here. There are several establishments downtown that will have a much better experience with service staff that are happy to have you there. In retrospect, this place was dead on a Saturday night for a reason.

They were short staffed. Our bartender Deborah presented amazing bar/customer service. She was an amazing and positive staff member. Very attentive. Me and my friend for our first experience had a great time.

The employees are friendly, those Soju slushy jugs were tasty af and the room sound quality was great. Good things aside, I definitely think they are very overpriced. It was completely dead on a Saturday night and only one room was being used aside from us. Lower your prices and more people will come. English song selection was also pretty minimal for anything outside of pop music. We ended up leaving early to go elsewhere.

The male Korean guy with glasses is very impolite and racist. He gave a very bad attitude to customers except Korean guests. Does you know Canada is a country well-known for its equality?
